EiSYS Ltd received a request from the Swiss Vifor Pharma Group to replace their CRM reporting system by Microsoft SQL data mart and Microsoft Power BI reports. The successful pilot project was finished in July 2018 and was presented to the management board of Vifor Pharma, who approved its launch in key market countries for the pharmaceutical company. BeNeLux was designated for the first live launch and it has started in September 2018.

The solution answers complex challenges: on the one hand the same reports need to be available in multiple languages, on the other hand the users working in different levels of the sales network hierarchy are authorized to access data that are aligned to their permissions. Due to the volume and diversity of data from different countries, the development of consistent, flexibly updateable data mart, moreover the development of interactive reports with fast response time from large amount of data based on the sophisticated visualization requirements of the pharmaceutical company were challenging for EiSYS people.

During the implementation EiSYS people use their own developed ETL solution, release management methodology and specific Microsoft components like SSAS.
